Though I have extensive trial experience and prepare every case to go to trial, I understand that a negotiated settlement can often meet my clients' needs, while saving the time and expense of protracted litigation. I represent clients in negotiations with employers in an effort to resolve cases without resorting to litigation.

Unbundled Legal Services

Unlike many attorneys, I believe there are situations where individuals can represent themselves in courtroom proceedings, provided they have advice of counsel to prepare them. I have acted as counsel to clients on an "as-needed" basis, helping ensure that their cases are proceeding properly while minimizing their expenses.
