What I Bring To You

I earned my bachelors and masters degrees in history from Columbia University, as well as a Certificate in Soviet Studies from the W. Averill Harriman Institute for Advanced Study of the Soviet Union. I graduated from the New York University School of Law.

During the course of my legal career, I have appeared numerous times in federal court, state courts, and before arbitration tribunals. I have extensive experience in mediation and arbitration, having represented clients in proceedings before the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and the American Arbitration Association, as well as proceedings with federal and state court judges, Superior Court pro tem judges, and private mediators.

In my employment law practice, I work primarily with employees in matters involving:

• wrongful termination, including breach of an employment contract
• wage and hour disputes
• discrimination and harassment in the workplace, including sexual harassment and racial discrimination
• whistleblower claims
• severance issues
• non-compete and other restrictive covenant disputes
